About this treatment
Specially designed wooden tools are rhythmically worked over the body to stimulate circulation, encourage detoxification and break down areas of stagnation. The pressure is purposeful yet grounding, helping the body soften while activating its own innate sculpting and healing processes.
You will leave feeling lighter, more fluid and reconnected, body energised, tissues softened and energy moving freely. A ritual of movement, release and embodied renewal.
