Skin concerns

You don’t need to know the correct name for what your skin is doing. Simply begin with what you notice when you look in the mirror redness, breakouts, dryness, pigmentation or a change that doesn’t feel quite right.

Each guide explains what may be happening, how I might support your skin in the treatment room and when it would be more appropriate to speak to your GP or a dermatologist.

Sometimes the answer is a carefully chosen treatment or product. Just as often, it’s giving your skin less not more.

Skin is rarely as simple as a single concern. You may be experiencing several things at once and often, one is quietly contributing to another. Dehydration can make lines appear more noticeable, a compromised barrier can prolong breakouts, and inflammation may leave pigmentation behind.

You don’t need to work it all out before you visit. Bring your concerns to your first appointment and I’ll take the time to look at your skin properly, understand what may be driving the changes and decide where it makes sense to begin.
