Skin concern
Dullness & tired skin
Why does my skin look grey and flat?
Skin that looks tired regardless of how much you slept.
Dullness is usually three things at once: dead cells sitting on the surface scattering light, sluggish circulation, and dehydration flattening the skin’s ability to reflect anything.
It’s the fastest concern on this list to improve, and often the most satisfying.

What causes dullness & tired skin?
- Slower cell turnover
Turnover slows with age, so dead cells linger. The surface becomes rough at a microscopic level and stops reflecting light evenly.
- Circulation and lymph
Stress, poor sleep and sitting still all reduce microcirculation. Skin looks grey because, briefly, it’s less well supplied.
What I would do about it
Gentle resurfacing, chosen for your barrier rather than for its strength.
Drainage and massage, which does more for immediate radiance than most people expect.
Hydration layering to restore light reflection. This is the concern where one appointment tends to show.

What people have said
Nobody has written about this concern by name. These two are about the room and the hour instead, which is the part every appointment has in common.

“I honestly can't recommend Hanaa enough! She has completely transformed my skin, and for the first time in my life, I feel confident going makeup-free. Her attention to detail is second to none.”

What will a facial not fix?
I’m a skincare specialist, not a doctor. What I do can improve the condition of the skin and how it behaves. It isn’t a medical treatment for dullness & tired skin. I’d rather be straight with you about that from the start.
Anything that bleeds, changes shape or colour, or won’t heal should be seen by a GP first. So should anything painful, spreading, or arriving alongside symptoms elsewhere in the body. Prescription medication and skin cancer screening sit outside what I do.
If I think you need referring, I’ll say so at the first appointment, and we’ll work out what’s worth doing here in the meantime.
